- Please be conscious of the floors: They are tough, but can get scratched
- Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside. We can face serious fines from the building if you are found to have smoked.
- We do have neighbors: Please be respectful later at night.
- Cleaning Procedures:
- There is no need to take out the trash. However, for longer stays if you fill the trash can, you can feel free to take it to the bins at the end of the hallway.
- There is no need to strip the beds. We will change the sheets no matter what.
- However, if you use the murphy beds, please don’t roll them up all the way when you leave. Otherwise we will not know you used them!
- Place any used towels in the laundry room or on the bathroom floor.
- No Parties Allowed: If you plan to have additional guests that are not on the reservation, you are required to get confirmation from us.
- Quiet Hours: We do have quiet hours. On the weekdays we ask that you try to follow these. On the weekend we are more flexible but please be respectful, we understand you're probably on vacation and trying to have some fun but we do have neighbors.
